This ship will be deployed as a working, monitoring and transport vessel, and also carry out pulling and pushing operations.
The working and surveillance vessel “Weserplate” must be deployable without restrictions, even in shallow waters or with limited vertical clearance, due to the nature of its operational area. The specifications of a draught of only 1.2m and an air draught of 4.85m, with a carrying capacity of up to 15.3t, were met. The “Weserplate” has all general deck equipment necessary for a multi-purpose working and surveillance vessel, as well as a hydraulic folding ramp, a high-performance towing hook (60kN), and a double slewing hydraulic working crane with an articulated lifting jib.
